Diesis is pleased to organise, with support from its member ADP-Zid, a seminar under the framework of the European Project ‘R2G – Rights to Grow’ that will be held in Budva, Montenegro, on the 16th and 17th of September 2019.
 
The seminar will give the opportunity to improve dialogue on the cooperation of various stakeholders but also a place for analysing trends that can contribute to the cooperation and development of different forms of partnerships and platforms at the regional level and within the Western Balkans region.
 
The first day (16 September) of the seminar will focus on social and community economy in the Western Balkans. The second day (17 September) will begin with a first session on the relevance of social economy and how to become an actor in community and economic development in different countries. The day will go on with a second session presenting inspiring and successful models in networking and social economy cooperation. A third session will illustrate the importance of ICP rights, the legal form and the governance model in successful social enterprises with examples from the R2G Project. Finally, workshops will conclude the seminar.
 
R2G – Rights to Grow Project aims at mapping governance models of Social Enterprises across Europe, identifying and analysing good practices and drafting policy recommendations for EU, national and local institutions and stakeholders in order to foster information and consultation rights for employees of Social Enterprises in Europe.
